Jumbo Bag Corporation is one of the few manufacturers still operating a vertically integrated facility in the United States. Strategically located in Houston, Texas, the plant is capable of immediate production runs and offers our customers the reassurance of guaranteed supply in the event of unpredictable usage spikes or unexpected disruptions of the supply chain. Domestic bags can be produced and shipped with priority lead times as required.

While many other suppliers offer a foreign product, Jumbo Bag Corporation offers multi-region sourced FIBC’s. The qualification process and relationship building for our overseas vendors is a tedious process and one that is constantly in flux. Each must adhere to a wide range of production and technical requirements from application rates of UV inhibitors in the resin recipe, extrusion coating mixes and application temperatures, to sewing techniques and construction designs, to inspection processes, housekeeping and documentation flow. Continuous evaluation visits are necessary throughout the year, not only to maintain quality standards, but also to assess other competitive producers in the region. All of our overseas facilities are ISO-9001 certified. 

The quality assurance process continues as the product arrives into the United States. Incoming shipments are inspected for compliance with exacting specifications prior to being received to inventory and subsequently shipped to the customer. Jumbo Bag Corporation will provide inventory programs free of charge for periods of up to ninety days. 

Jumbo Bag Corporation will work with its customers to identify, implement, and track any additional cost savings opportunities. We will provide consistent communication, periodic plant visits, technical evaluation, and recommendations for style consolidation.
